The contact form does not send us anything
This is worth stating first, because it is unusual. The form on our contact page has no server behind it. When you submit it, your browser composes a message in your own email application and fills it in. Nothing reaches us, and nothing is stored anywhere, unless you then choose to send that email yourself. If you close it instead, we never see it.
Information we collect
- Whatever you write in an email you send us: typically your name, organization, professional email, and phone number, and the message itself.
- Nothing else from the site. It runs no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies.
- Two things are held in your own browser and never sent to us: your accessibility preferences, if you set any, and a scroll position so a page returns to where you left it.
- Brand imagery on this site is served from a Cloudflare R2 bucket. Requesting an image gives Cloudflare your IP address and browser user agent, as fetching any file from any server does.
How we use information
We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry and to arrange technical or clinical discussions. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law. Because the site has no backend, there is no processor handling your inquiry on our behalf: your message travels through your own email provider to our inbox.

The site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
